What is a white label SOC?
A white label SOC is a security operations center run by a specialist provider and sold by an MSP under the MSP’s own brand. Your clients get monitoring, threat hunting, and incident response from your company. Gipson Cyber does the security work behind the scenes.
Will my clients deal with Gipson Cyber directly?
Services are presented under your name and brand. You stay the point of contact for your clients, and we escalate through the email, phone, or other routes you designate.
Do I have to replace my existing tools?
No software swap is required. Our response is technology-agnostic and built to work with the stack you already run. If you want one, we also offer an optional security software tool suite.
How is partner pricing structured?
Pricing is per user, based on the email identities in each client’s Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant, and it adjusts as your client base grows or shrinks. You set your own resale price. Schedule a partner call for current rates.
What stays with my MSP?
We focus on security monitoring and response. On-site IT support, hardware replacement, network equipment configuration, and non-security outages stay with you unless we agree otherwise in writing. End-user security training is available as an add-on.
