Effective Date: These Terms of Service (“Terms”) become effective as of the date of payment for services by you, the client (“Effective Date”).

1. Services Description Gipson Cyber provides Cybersecurity Monitoring and Cybersecurity support services (“Services”) as outlined in these Terms. Our Services aim to enhance the security of your information systems through continuous monitoring, incident response, and regular updates.

2. User Responsibilities By using our Services, you agree to provide all necessary information and access to your information systems required for Gipson Cyber to effectively deliver the Services. You are also expected to ensure full cooperation from your employees. Failure to provide such cooperation may impact the efficacy of our Services.

3. Communication Gipson Cyber will regularly update you on the status of any ongoing incidents, including any potential delays or challenges that might arise during the provision of our Services.

4. Confidentiality and Information Security

  • Confidentiality Commitment: Gipson Cyber acknowledges that in the course of providing the Services, we might have access to your confidential and proprietary information. We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of your information and not disclosing it to any third party without your prior written consent.
  • Use of Information: Any confidential information provided will be used solely for fulfilling our obligations under these Terms.
  • Protection Measures: We will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your information.
  • Return or Destruction of Information: Upon termination or expiration of our engagement, Gipson Cyber will return or destroy all of your confidential information, as directed by you.

5. Force Majeure Gipson Cyber shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or network failures.

6. Agreement By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
