1. Subscription Services

  • No Refunds: Please note that Gipson Cyber does not offer refunds for any payments made for subscription-based cybersecurity monitoring services. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid term.

2. Non-Subscription Services

  • Case-by-Case Refunds: Refunds for payments made for non-subscription-based services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Gipson Cyber will evaluate factors such as the amount of work already performed and the costs incurred when deciding on eligibility for a refund. To request a refund, please contact us with details of your claim.

3. Cancellation Process

  • Subscription Services: To cancel your subscription service, you must notify Gipson Cyber at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. Notifications must be made in writing via email. Your service will continue to be active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Non-Subscription Services: Cancellation requests for non-subscription services must be submitted in writing as soon as possible. Gipson Cyber will assess the work already completed and determine any applicable charges based on the progress of the service at the time of cancellation.

4. Changes to Services If Gipson Cyber makes any major changes to the terms of service that affect your subscription, you will be notified in advance, and you will have the option to cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
