Cancellation Policy
 
Annual Payment
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your annual subscription to Gipson Cyber’s services, please notify us in writing at least 30 days before the cancellation date. We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to make it easy for you to adjust your subscription as needed.
 
To ensure a fair and transparent cancellation policy, we have developed a refund structure, which is as follows:
 
1. You will receive a full refund if you cancel your annual subscription within the first 30 days of the service year.
 
2. If you cancel after the first 30 days, your refund will be prorated based on the length of time left in the service year, with the maximum refund amount limited to 50% of the annual payment made by you.
 
For example, if you paid $1,000 for an annual subscription to our services and decide to cancel with eight months left in your service year, the maximum refund you will receive is $500, 50% of the total payment.
 
Please note that if you have paid for your subscription annually, the refund will be calculated based on the proration structure described above, minus any applicable discounts offered for the annual payment. Also, note that any unpaid invoices must be paid in full before the refund is issued. The refund will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation notice.
 
We believe that this cancellation policy ensures a reasonable refund for clients who need to cancel their subscriptions while providing ease of transition for Gipson Cyber. Monthly Payment
Please note that your payment is not refundable if you have chosen to pay for our services month-to-month. Likewise, if you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for any payments made. However, you will not be charged for any future months after the cancellation date.
